Follow Your Chakra
A Yoga Class on Energy, Movement, &
Awareness

Come
join us for an hour of yoga, breath, and body awareness. The class will be
based on the 7 Chakras, or body energy centers that drive our everyday
lives. Through a flowing yoga
practice, we will explore how each Chakra effects emotion, quality of movement,
and overall energy. Take your practice to a new level with increased awareness,
meditation technique, and internal visualization.
This
free class will be an introduction to a longer 3-week series in June, providing
a more in-depth exploration of the Chakras. The course will be one hour in
length and mats will be provided. Please bring a towel, water, and a warm layer
if needed.

Simone Jacqueline Olsen-Varela is a yoga instructor, run club leader,
and lululemon Educator at Mosman Village. She currently teaches at various
studios and has done ample energy work through her university studies and yoga
courses and workshops in the USA, where she is originally from.
